The role suits someone who works well independently, communicates findings effectively, and brings knowledge of banking, fintech, digital payments, or related sectors.Responsibilities:• Conduct in-depth reviews of transaction activity to identify potentially suspicious behavior and determine appropriate investigative next steps.• Analyze system-generated alerts, evaluate unusual patterns, and document well-supported decisions in accordance with AML and BSA standards.• Prepare thorough case narratives, reports, and supporting records that clearly explain investigative findings and risk considerations.• Perform enhanced due diligence research when customer activity or profiles require additional scrutiny.• Apply sound judgment to escalate complex matters and recommend whether activity warrants further review or formal reporting.• Manage a steady pipeline of investigations while maintaining quality, accuracy, and timeliness in a high-volume setting.• Collaborate with compliance and operational stakeholders as needed while remaining effective with limited day-to-day supervision.• Use technology and research tools efficiently, including a willingness to explore AI-enabled resources that can improve analysis and productivity.
