Weekend Overnight (wake shift) | $21.60–$24.60/hour
Locations: Niles, Morton Grove, Mt. Prospect, Des Plaines, and Evanston, IL, Highland Park
Location assignments are first come, first served based on available openings.
Schedule: Saturday & Sunday, 9:00 PM–9:00 AM
Valid driver's license required. Must be willing to drive company vehicles.
$21.60/hour base rate
$24.60/hour for employees listed as a DD-Aide on the HCWR
Rimland is seeking dependable, compassionate, and professional DSPs to support adults with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting with daily living activities
Meal preparation
Supporting independence and social skills
Providing companionship
Community outings and activities
Supporting individual goals
No prior DSP experience required. Paid training is provided.
120 hours of paid leave during your first year
Health and life insurance after 90 days
401(k) after one year
Paid CPR, First Aid, AED, CPI, and other training
Monthly fitness stipend
Applicants must successfully complete:
Fingerprint background check
CANTS check
Drug screening
Applicants must also provide:
Original high school diploma, GED, or college transcript
Two years of residency history
Valid work authorization documents
Two verifiable employment references from the past three years
