Responsibilities: - Operate and maintain high-volume document scanning equipment to digitize paper documents. - Ensure that all documents are scanned at the appropriate resolution and format as specified. - Perform quality checks on scanned documents to verify accuracy and completeness. - Manage and store digital files in an organized manner, adhering to established protocols for file naming and storage. - Troubleshoot and resolve scanning equipment issues to minimize downtime. - Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficient workflow and document handling.
