Job Description:

We are seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join an established CRM development team supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365. This developer will contribute to large-scale projects, short-term enhancement initiatives, and ongoing application support.

The position will participate throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in an Agile environment, including configuration, development, testing, deployment, and support. This is a mid-level development opportunity for someone with strong C#, .NET, and JavaScript experience who is comfortable collaborating with technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, test, and deliver solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environment.
• Participate throughout all phases of the SDLC using Agile methodologies .
• Develop solutions using C#, .NET, and JavaScript .
• Participate in peer code reviews and follow established development standards and best practices.
• Work closely with the Technical Lead, developers, and business users to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Support larger development projects as well as shorter enhancement and maintenance efforts.
• Troubleshoot application issues and assist with ongoing production support.
• Evaluate existing processes and recommend opportunities for improvement.
• Develop a strong working knowledge of supported software products and business processes.
• Adapt to changing requirements and effectively manage multiple priorities.
• Communicate technical concepts and issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on development experience with C# and .NET .
• Strong experience with JavaScript .
• Experience working within a software development lifecycle.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an Agile, team-oriented development environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a rapidly changing environment.

Highly Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development experience.
• Experience integrating applications or services with Microsoft Azure .
• Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform , including Power Apps and/or Power Automate.
• Experience with user interface (UI) design or development.

Education & Experience

Candidates must meet one of the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; and 5 years of related experience
