The Design Concepts & Styling function sits at the heart of the CODE product lifecycle, creating the narratives, strategies, and future visions that inspire product creation. We are a team of creators, storytellers, and innovators who shape the future of Jordan Brand through design excellence, cultural relevance, and creative leadership. This role requires someone who can translate big ideas into clear plans, streamlined processes, and successful executions.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a highly organized Project Manager to support both Design Concepts and Styling. This role will drive alignment across teams, manage project timelines, and ensure key milestones are delivered throughout key gates and the product creation process.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

You will lead seasonal projects and key milestones that support both Design Concepts and Styling, including room builds, presentations, photoshoots, workshops, and reviews. This role partners closely with Design Integration & cross-functional teams to drive alignment, ensure consistency, and keep projects moving forward. Success requires strong project management, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset to evolve processes, tools, and ways of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

·      Design (primarily Design Integration, Design Concepts & Styling)

·      Merchandising

·      Brand Marketing

·      Brand Creative

·      Retail Marketing – Visual Merchandising

·      Icon Studio Styling

·      External partners & agencies

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

You bring strong project management, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. A Bachelors in Project Management or a related field, is preferred. Will accept any suitable combination of education and experience, and training. You are proficient in Airtable, Keynote, Excel, and Mac-based tools, and excel at building alignment across teams through clear communication and effective planning. You are adaptable, collaborative, and willing to travel as needed to support key milestones, events, and team initiatives throughout the year.
