Role Overview
Seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Tech Lead/Architect with strong hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CRM Online, Dataverse, Power Platform, integrations, data migration, solution design and ALM. The candidate should be capable of working directly with stakeholders, leading solution workshops, creating technical designs and supporting CRM implementations.
Must-Have Technical Skills
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Online
Strong functional knowledge of Sales & Service modules
Dataverse entity/data model
Power Automate, Power Apps & Connectors
CRM Plugins, JavaScript and workflows
CRM data modeling and solution design
Integration patterns: APIs, ETL, batch jobs, App/ISV solutions
Data migration using Azure Data Factory, Synapse or Microsoft Fabric
CRM Solutions, ALM and deployments
Power BI, OOB Reports & Dashboards
Copilot / Copilot Studio / Azure AI Foundry, including agents or chatbots
Azure components; AZ-900 preferred
D365 certification: PL-600/PL-200 or AB-100 preferred
Key Responsibilities
Lead requirements gathering and solution design with client stakeholders.
Create high-level technical and integration/data architecture designs.
Conduct CRM solution approach and architecture workshops.
Design and develop Dynamics 365 CRM solutions using Dataverse, Plugins, JavaScript and Power Automate.
Design CRM integrations with cloud and on-premise systems.
Lead large-scale CRM data migration initiatives.
Manage CRM environments across Development, Testing, UAT and Production.
Support ALM, solution deployment and release activities.
Troubleshoot application development issues and provide technical solutions.
Work in an Agile delivery environment and manage stakeholder expectations.
Provide solutions within tight project timelines and support production issues.
